Welcome to Manifestation Club. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Manifestation Club.

Manifestation Club operates this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, digital products, and services, to provide customers with a curated digital shopping and personal-development experience (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, or using our Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

Section 1 — Eligibility and Account Access

Section 2 — Our Digital Products

Manifestation Club sells digital content, including manifestation music, subliminal audios, meditations, affirmations, guides, programs, and related personal-development content.

Our products are delivered electronically or made accessible through a digital streaming or content-access platform. No physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated on the applicable product page.

Access instructions may be delivered by email. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your inbox, spam, junk, and promotional folders.

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately. However, individual experiences with audio, music, manifestation practices, and personal-development content will vary.

Product descriptions, prices, features, availability, and access methods may be changed when reasonably necessary. Changes will not retroactively remove access rights already granted as part of a completed purchase, except where access is suspended because of fraud, account sharing, unlawful use, or another material violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit its availability to particular individuals, countries, regions, or jurisdictions where reasonably necessary.

Section 3 — Personal-Use Licence

When you purchase a digital product from Manifestation Club, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use that product for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the product or any intellectual-property rights to you.

Unless we expressly provide written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, record, rip, extract, or download streamed content

  • Share your account, access link, login code, or purchased content

  • Upload, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit our content

  • Publicly perform, broadcast, or transmit our content

  • Edit, modify, translate, or create derivative products from our content

  • Claim our content, music, recordings, scripts, or affirmations as your own

  • Use our content to create or promote a competing product or service

  • Circumvent access controls, streaming restrictions, security systems, or digital-rights protections

Unauthorized use or distribution may result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may lead to legal action.

Section 4 — Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.

Your order is accepted when we confirm the order and successfully process your payment. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when we reasonably suspect:

  • Fraud or unauthorized payment activity

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Abuse of a promotion or discount

  • Commercial resale or unauthorized distribution

  • Account sharing

  • A violation of these Terms

  • A legal or regulatory restriction

If we cancel a paid order before providing product access, the applicable payment will be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our products are digital and access may be provided immediately, we may be unable to cancel an order after delivery or access begins.

Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy.

Section 5 — Prices, Payments and Billing

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location and legal requirements.

Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms. If separate promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will apply to that offer.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and payment information.

By submitting an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • The payment information provided is accurate

  • You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total displayed at checkout

  • You are responsible for applicable charges and taxes

We may correct pricing or billing errors and cancel affected orders. If you have already paid for a cancelled order and access has not been provided, we will return the applicable payment.

Section 6 — Digital Delivery and Access

Purchased content will normally be delivered or made accessible electronically shortly after payment is successfully processed.

We do not guarantee that every email provider will deliver access messages directly to your primary inbox. You are responsible for checking spam, junk, and promotional folders.

You are responsible for maintaining:

  • A compatible device

  • A reliable internet connection

  • A valid and accessible email address

  • A supported internet browser

  • Any software reasonably required to stream or access the content

Access will be provided for the period described on the applicable product page or purchase offer. Unless expressly described as permanent or lifetime access, a purchase should not be interpreted as guaranteeing permanent availability.

We may update the platform, delivery method, or technical requirements when reasonably necessary, provided that customers retain a reasonable way to access their purchased content during the promised access period.

We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you experience an access problem, contact us so we can make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide the purchased content.

Section 7 — Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Because Manifestation Club sells digital products that are delivered or made accessible electronically, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once delivery or access begins.

Digital content cannot be physically returned after it has been accessed, viewed, streamed, or delivered.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, guarantee, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Where applicable law provides a withdrawal period for digital content, immediate delivery or access may begin only after any legally required express consent and acknowledgement concerning the loss of that withdrawal right.

Section 8 — Personal Development and Wellness Disclaimer

Manifestation Club products and website content are provided for personal-development, educational, inspirational, and entertainment purposes only.

Our products and content are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice.

Nothing offered by Manifestation Club is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or mental-health condition. Our content should not replace care, advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified professional.

If you have a medical, psychological, or mental-health concern, consult an appropriately qualified professional before using our products.

Do not listen to subliminal audios, meditations, manifestation music, or similar content while driving, operating machinery, or performing an activity that requires your full attention.

You are responsible for deciding whether our products are suitable for your circumstances.

Section 9 — No Guarantee of Results

Manifestation Club does not guarantee any specific personal, financial, career, relationship, health, business, manifestation, or other outcome.

Testimonials, examples, reviews, frequencies, affirmations, personal stories, and references to manifestation describe individual experiences, personal-development practices, or creative concepts. They are not promises or guarantees that you will experience the same outcome.

Results vary and depend on numerous factors, including individual choices, circumstances, actions, skills, consistency, and effort.

Purchasing or using a Manifestation Club product does not guarantee money, employment, business success, improved health, a relationship, or any other particular result.

Section 10 — Intellectual Property

The Services and their contents—including music, audio, recordings, scripts, affirmations, meditations, videos, text, photographs, graphics, product names, logos, trademarks, website design, branding, and downloadable or streamed materials—are owned by or licensed to Manifestation Club.

These materials are protected by Canadian and applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited personal-use licence expressly granted under these Terms, nothing grants you ownership or another right in the intellectual property of Manifestation Club, Shopify, or any third party.

The Manifestation Club name, logo, product names, designs, slogans, and branding may not be used without our prior written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Section 11 — Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

We may provide access to tools, payment processors, content platforms, applications, integrations, or features operated by third parties.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, technical requirements, and limitations. You should review those terms before using the applicable service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party services that we do not own or control. However, this does not affect any responsibility that applicable law places directly on Manifestation Club.

We may introduce new features, tools, or resources in the future. Unless otherwise stated, those features will form part of the Services and will be governed by these Terms.

Questions or disputes regarding a product or service purchased directly from a third party should generally be directed to that third party.

Section 13 — Relationship With Shopify

Manifestation Club is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Manifestation Club.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Manifestation Club, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made directly with Manifestation Club.

Nothing in this section excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Section 14 — Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes certain personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services to operate and improve its platform.

Information submitted through our Services may be transmitted to Shopify, payment processors, digital-content platforms, analytics providers, and other service providers, which may operate in countries outside your place of residence.

Section 15 — Reviews, Feedback and User Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, suggestion, photograph, comment, idea, or other content (“Feedback”), you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it

  • The content is truthful and based on your genuine experience

  • You have disclosed any compensation or incentive connected to it

  • It does not infringe another person’s rights

  • It is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or malicious

  • It does not contain malware or harmful code

You grant Manifestation Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, publish, and edit your Feedback for clarity, formatting, or length in connection with our Services and marketing.

We will not knowingly attribute a testimonial to you using personal information beyond what you authorized us to display.

We may remove Feedback that violates these Terms. We are not required to maintain Feedback in confidence, pay compensation for it, publish it, or respond to it.

Section 16 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Information on our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, or other content.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when information is materially inaccurate.

If we cancel a paid order because of our error before providing access, we will return the applicable payment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, or free from every technical error.

We do not guarantee that general information presented through the Services will be suitable for every person or circumstance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, legal guarantee, statutory condition, or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

Section 20 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Manifestation Club and its owners, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer remedies relating to digital content that is faulty, materially different from its description, or not supplied as legally required.

Section 21 — Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Manifestation Club against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable expenses resulting from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Services

  • Your unauthorized distribution or commercial use of our content

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights

  • Your material violation of these Terms

This obligation will not apply to the extent that a claim was caused by Manifestation Club’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of these Terms.

Section 22 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Section 23 — Waiver and Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed before purchase form the entire agreement between you and Manifestation Club regarding the Services.

They replace prior communications or agreements concerning the same subject matter.

Section 24 — Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your account, product licence, or rights under these Terms without our prior written permission.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, sale, restructuring, service-provider change, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable law.

Section 25 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes will be brought before the courts with lawful jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory protections or bringing a claim in another jurisdiction where applicable consumer law grants that right.

Section 26 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Changes will not retroactively eliminate mandatory consumer rights relating to a completed purchase.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Section headings are provided for convenience and organization only. They do not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of these Terms.
